Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Crowned Boutique. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only

How to Return

  1. Email hello@crownedandconfidentllc.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization within 48 hours
  3. Ship items to the address provided in your authorization

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
