This Legal Notice covers the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy for Crowned Boutique, operated by Crowned & Confident, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at crownedandconfident-llc.myshopify.com (the "Site"). By using this Site and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Terms of Service
Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site.
Products. We display our products, including colors, materials, and sizing, as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly by device display, and since many products are sourced through third-party suppliers, packaging and minor specifications may vary from what is shown. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time.
Pricing & Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at time of purchase.
Order Acceptance. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Intellectual Property. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design (including the Crowned Boutique and Crowned Originals names and marks), is the property of Crowned & Confident, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowned & Confident, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including delays in shipping or defects in products supplied by third-party manufacturers.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect. Name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number when you order or create an account; payment information (processed securely through Shopify Payments or another processor — we do not store full card details); and automatically collected device/browser/IP data via cookies.
How We Use It. To process and fulfill orders (including sharing shipping details with fulfillment partners and suppliers such as Printify, Zendrop, CJdropshipping, and Shopify Collective suppliers), communicate about your order, send marketing you've opted into, improve the Site, and prevent fraud.
Sharing. We share information only with fulfillment partners/suppliers, payment processors, and service providers (email/analytics) necessary to run the Site, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your Rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time, by contacting hello@crownedandconfidentllc.com. UK/EU customers have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA.
Cookies. We use cookies to operate the Site and understand visitor behavior. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Children. This Site is not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return Shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items: made-to-order, custom, or personalized items (including print-on-demand products); intimate/sanitary goods once the hygienic seal is broken; gift cards; and items marked "final sale."
Defective or Incorrect Items. Contact hello@crownedandconfidentllc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
How to Start a Return. Email hello@crownedandconfidentllc.com with your order number → we confirm eligibility and provide instructions → ship the item back → refund issued upon inspection.
Refunds. Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective/damaged/incorrect items. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
